The fast, focused first step

Salesforce Security & Access Review

A deep dive on one question: who can see and change what in your Salesforce org, and what to fix first. One week, one fixed price.

Fixed price
$2,000
Covers
Security and access, in depth
Timeline
1 week
You keep
Scorecard and fix list

Fee credit 100% of your $2,000 counts toward any Small-Scope Build or project you start with us within 60 days of your readout.

Sound familiar?

  • Nobody is quite sure who can see salary, donor, or customer data.
  • Several people have System Administrator access "just for now."
  • People have left, but their access never did.
  • An audit, renewal, or security questionnaire is coming up.

If any of these sound like your org, one week is all it takes to know for sure.

What we review

  • Profiles and permission sets
  • Sharing rules and field-level security
  • MFA readiness and login posture
  • Who really holds admin-level access

All of it mapped against how your team actually works, not just how the org was set up years ago.

Health Check or Security & Access Review?

Both are fixed-price ways to start. The difference is how much of your org we look at.

Who it is for

Teams that haven’t looked closely at their permissions in a while, have grown fast, or have users who came and went without anyone cleaning up behind them. It’s also a clear, low-risk first step for public sector teams who need to know their access model holds up before an audit asks.

Common questions

A short kickoff call and access to your org for the week of the review. We'll tell you exactly what access we need before we start, and we follow your approval processes.

The scorecard and checklist are yours either way. Fix things in-house, have us handle pieces of it, or move into fractional admin support. There's no forced next step, and if you do hire us to fix things within 60 days, your review fee is credited.

Yes. If you start a Small-Scope Build or project with us within 60 days of your readout, the full $2,000 comes off that invoice. You're never paying twice to get the fixes done.

Yes. We coordinate with your internal teams and document every finding so your staff can act on it after we leave.
