One problem, solved properly
Salesforce Small-Scope Build
One clearly scoped process or automation, designed, built, documented, and handed over working. You know the price before we start.
- Fixed quote
- from $4,500
- Covers
- One process or automation
- Timeline
- 2-3 weeks
- You keep
- A working solution
Sound familiar?
- Approvals live in email threads and nobody knows where a request stands.
- There's a spreadsheet process everyone dreads every month.
- An integration half works, and someone fixes the gaps by hand.
- You know exactly what you need. You just don't have the hours to build it.
If you can describe the fix in a sentence, we can usually have it working in a few weeks.
What we build
- An approval flow
- An intake or request process
- A broken integration made whole
- A repetitive manual task turned into automation
One clearly defined piece of work at a time, so it ships fast and stays maintainable.
What you get
- Working solution in production. Built, tested, and live in your org.
- Plain-language documentation. What it does, how to use it, and what to do if something breaks.
- 2 weeks of post-launch support. We stay close while your team settles in.
Discount Approval Flow
Owner: Sales Ops · Last updated at launch
What it does
Any quote with a discount over 15% goes to the sales manager for approval before it can be sent.
How to use it
- Set the discount on the quote.
- Click "Submit for approval."
- You'll get an email when it's approved.
If something breaks
Errors go to the Sales Ops queue. See page 3 for the fix list.

- 03
Launch and support
It goes live with documentation, and we support your team for 2 weeks after launch.
You get- A working solution and a plain-language guide
- 2 weeks of post-launch support

Who you'll work with
Devohne "Devo" Perez Mercado, Founder
Every engagement is led by Devo, who has spent more than a decade on the Salesforce platform across business, government, and nonprofit orgs.
Who it is for
Teams with one clear problem to solve and a sense of what “fixed” looks like. If you’re not sure where to start, a Health Check or Security & Access Review will tell you, and that fee counts toward your build if you start within 60 days.
Common questions
After a short scoping conversation, we send a fixed quote for the agreed scope. Builds start at $4,500. You know the price before any work begins.
We'll scope the most important piece first so you see results fast. Additional work gets its own quote, or a larger project if it makes more sense.
That's the point. Every build comes with plain-language documentation written for the people who will own it.
